I was trying to get IPV4 and IPV6 interfaces to work with one OSA.

With

OSATRL1 VBUILD TYPE=TRL 
OSATRL2E TRLE LNCTL=MPC,READ=(0404),WRITE=(0405),DATAPATH=(0406,407),  X
               PORTNAME=PORTB,                                         X
               PORTNUM=1,                                              X
               MPCLEVEL=QDIO                                            

it produced the above messages

with

so with two paths 406 and 408, instead of 406 and 407, it worked!
