Starting a queue manager with systemd at boot time?

If you are using systemd part of Unix to start your queue manager when the Unix is started, then you need to be careful to set up the environment properly.
The environment checked by mqconfig is different to the environment set up under systemd.   You may find that your queue manager runs out of file handles!

There is a blog post here on setting up for systemd.
